Although we “only” offer a 3 month warranty, this is because even the best chemicals on the market do not last for more than 3 months when exposed to the sun and rain. How safe are our treatments?
We only use products that are safe to using around the home. There’s no need to leave the home during the treatment – just steer clear of the areas being treated and don’t re-enter until the treatment is dry. Pets should be tied up and kept clear of the treatment areas until dry.
Before we start a treatment we carry out a risk assessment to check for any hazards or safety issues. If you have any concerns please let us know before the treatment.

How often do you need pest control?
How often you need pest control depends on the pest pressure on your house or business. For most homeowners wanting to prevent insect pests and spiders becoming a problem at their property, a general pest treatment once a year will generally be all that’s required.
However, if there are major ant infestations in the neighbourhood, an ant treatment may only last for a few months before ants re-invade from surrounding areas and a new treatments is required.
Is pest control safe?
Professional pest control is generally safer the DIY pest control as products are applied safely and correctly. Go Pest only use products that are registered for use around homes and businesses, and are safe for use around children and pets. The main safety precaution that is required during a spray treatment is to keep people and pets out of the treatment area during spraying and keep them out until the treatment has dried.
When using rodent baits, it is essential to use lockable bait stations to prevent access by children, pets and wildlife.
Does ultrasonic pest control work?
No, ultrasonic pest control does not work. Numerous scientific studies have shown this and there have been several cases where the ACCC has taken companies to court, who have made false claims about ultrasonic products.
